Account
- You are responsible for your account details and password.
- The platform may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Shipments and payments
- The shipment price is charged to the wallet when the waybill is issued.
- Extra-weight charges may apply per the carrier invoice.
- Cancellation is possible before the carrier picks the shipment up.
Cash on delivery
COD amounts are paid after delivery and the settlement period, minus the published fees.
Liability
The carrier is responsible for the shipment under its policies; the platform helps you follow up any claim.
